I had my smile lasik surgery at BGN about 2 months ago and it has been the best decision of my life so far! I highly recommend BGN for their excellent service prior and after the surgery. They had lots of patients at the same time but their staff is equipped with the knowledge to cater each patient’s needs and questions. Kudos to Anna (their translator for the foreigners) to answer all my questions and being next to me throughout the process. My healing was quick and comfortable. 10/10 for Anna’s efforts and BGN. There are 5 people around me who’ve had their surgeries at BGN and all of them are as happy as I am with my results.
Great personalized customer service. Ana was super helpful translating and keeping informed about all details. The team made me feel super comfortable, and they were very professional. Would recommend this place to anyone considering eye surgery.
