IOL Review

I did cataract surgery and IOL implant two weeks ago, both eyes, one day after the other.
*AMAZING* clinic and highly professional and friendly personnel!
BGN clinic was the 3rd clinic that I've visited for medical review and recommendation regarding my cataract. I've seen two other clinics in Seoul. BGN is by far the best!
Here are the details:
(1) The Translator - I don't speak Korean and was obviously stressed about that kind of operation. BGN provides the service of an amazing translator person - * Ms. Ana *. She is incredible - kind, extremely helpful, has a lot of patience, excellent English, knows a lot about this kind of operation. Accompanied me all the way from the 1st visit, through the subsequent visits, operations - literally taking me "by hand" also into the operating room, talking to me, calming me down, explaining and translating surgeons' and nurses' orders. Accompanied me to the post operation recovery room, every single step on the way. Replying to me on Kakao talk on every question and clarification I had before the surgeries and after that. Explaining the use of the so many medication eyedrops that I am required to take (can be quite confusing). Ms. Ana is a treasure!
(2) The Surgeon - Dr. Cheon Hyun-Cheol is extremely professional, kind, friendly, down to earth attitude, smiling all the time, also during subsequent visits! Both operations were very smooth and fast (maybe 15~20 minutes per eye). I was quite stressed on 1st eye operation - (well, operating on one's eyes when fully awake is quite stressful), but it went fast. 2nd eye I was much more relaxed, and it seemed shorter time.
(3) Location and interior design - BGN is by far the best clinic I've seen! Amazing interior design, very spacious, bright, modern design. With a corridor between the two wings, and lately displaying beautiful paintings exhibition by a Korean painter. Feels like a 7-star (yes, 7 not 5) hotel.
(4) Price - the operation price was *lower* than I got from the other two clinics I've visited. Great! The operation price quotation I got before the surgery was exactly what I paid after the surgery. No hidden cost, all efficient and exact to the last KRW.
Bottom line - I had a successful surgery, that went very well. I wasn't stressed out as I was expected, again due to the help of Ms. Ana, and of course, the excellent surgeon!
